Codito's team is it's biggest asset - it is our people that ensure our success. Innovation being the key to our success, we endeavour to foster it at all levels of our team. Codito has a vibrant and open work culture where the thoughts and ideas of every individual are heard, and knowledge is respected. Codito's team has a core focus on systems infrastructure development, and has a mix of graduates and post graduates in computer science, electronics and mathematics.

Fostering innovation

As Codito's logo exemplifies, we constantly push our team members to come up with new ideas to solve our customers' engineering problems. Members of Codito's team are actively involved in various Open Source projects. Our talented team has contributed in the areas of clustering, chip multiprocessor programmability solutions, embedded development platforms, desktop infrastructure, real-time operating systems, and protocol stacks. Codito is a founder member of the Pune GNU/Linux Users Group. Our commitment to innovation is also shown in our alliances with the University of Pune and its affiliated colleges. Codito's team mentors groups of students who work on systems issues and contribute solutions to the Open Source Community. Collaboration with academia is encouraged, and members of our technology team regularly conduct lectures for students.
